Session Guidelines...
The average number of sessions needed is usually between 8-14. This is of course highly dependent on the individual. Some people will require more sessions than average and others fewer. This will be discussed further with you at the initial consultation.
The initial consultation gives you an opportunity to understand how the therapy process works, including the science behind it and how your brain works. By the end of it you’ll have an in depth understanding of what our time together would look like as well as understanding why you feel the way that you do. There is no obligation to go ahead with sessions after the consultation, but most people decide to do so!

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash. Must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to each session.
Cancellation Policy
At Happy Minds Happy Times, we are committed to providing the best possible experience and support for each of our clients. To ensure that your session is as effective as possible and to respect both your time and the time of others, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the full session fee will be due.
- Alcohol and Drugs: For your safety and the effectiveness of the session, please ensure that you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescription medication that may impair your judgment) at the time of your appointment. If you arrive in such a condition, your session will not take place, and you will be charged for the session.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, the full session fee will still be charged, and the session time may be reduced accordingly. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you can fully benefit from your time with us.
